✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used oral care products (e.g., toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening kits, etc.)

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

💸 Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, you may choose a refund, store credit, or replacement.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
